1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialAI (the "App") provided by Wosse LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Your Content & Prompts
The App allows you to submit prompts and generate images ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content you submit, including ensuring you have the rights to any input material.
Images are private by default. Unless you explicitly enable public sharing, your creations are not visible to other users.
4. Public Sharing
If you choose to enable public sharing for a creation, you understand that your shared content may be viewed by other users. You can control your sharing settings inside the App.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the App’s security or rate limits.
- Do not upload content that violates third-party rights (including copyright and privacy).
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Subscriptions & Purchases
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Purchases and renewals are handled by Apple’s App Store. Pricing and renewal terms are shown during checkout.
7. Third-Party Services (AI Generation)
The App may rely on third-party services to generate images from your prompt. You can review Google / Gemini related policies here: https://policies.google.com
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wosse LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use could cause harm to the App, other users, or third parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top.
